Shipping information

All orders at Beamerlampenexpert.nl are delivered by courier services such as Postnl, DHL, Fedex and UPS.

Free shipping

The shipping costs at Projectorlamps.eu within the Netherlands and Belgium are always free! For orders with a shipping address outside the Netherlands and Belgium, a different rate may be charged.

Delivery times

If a lamp for your projector is in stock and you have ordered before 4:00 PM, you will receive the projector lamp the next working day. This may expire until the next day, due to the fact that courier services hold 90% delivery score for their episodes. In general, producst will not be deliverd and shipped at Saturday and Sunday. So if you complete an order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive the order at the earliest on Tuesday. If you want to know if we have a projector lamp in stock and if we can have them in your house within 24 hours, please contact us at any time.

Delivery to multiple items

When you order multiple items at once, we will do our best to deliver you all at once. The delivery time of your entire order will then be the same as that of the item with the longest delivery time. We can also work with partial deliveries if you wish.

For orders with two lamps or more, two orders may be required for this order. We will always inform you by email.

Tracking your order

Your order will always be shipped as a package. After your order, you will receive an email containing a track and trace code and a link. With this code you can follow the shipping schedule of your package on the delivery service site which is stated in the email.

Foreign delivery address

For orders shipped to a foreign address outside Europe, sometimes there are longer delivery times. Outside Europe, any import or customs duties will be calculated if the order arrives in the country of destination. As a customer, you are responsible for these costs, which may different from country to country. If you want to know to what extent you should pay these rights, you should contact the customs of the country in question.
